NDIS Price Guide 2026-27

Find any support item code and its current price limits - just type what the support is in plain words.

About this price guide

This is a free instant search of the NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27 (v1.1), effective from 1 July 2026. It covers 972 support items across all ten schedules - from core supports and capacity building to specialist disability accommodation and provider travel.

How NDIS price limits work

Each support item has a maximum price limit. There is a national limit, and for some items higher limits apply in remote and very remote areas. Price limits are GST-inclusive.

For plan-managed and agency-managed participants, providers cannot charge above the limit - the claim will be rejected. Self-managed participants can agree to pay differently. Some items have no fixed price and are quoted instead.

Why invoices get rejected

  • Old codes from last year's guide that no longer exist.
  • Unit prices above the current price limit for the region.
  • Wrong item for the time of day or day of week (weekday, evening, weekend, public holiday).

Our free invoice checker validates every line against this schedule before you send it - try the invoice checker.

Frequently asked questions

What is the NDIS price guide?+

The NDIS price guide is the NDIA's official set of price limits for funded supports, published as the NDIS Pricing Schedule. This page searches the 2026-27 version, effective from 1 July 2026.

How do I find my support item code?+

Type what the support is in plain words. The search understands everyday terms like "cleaning" or "respite" and maps them to the official item names and codes.

What do the three prices mean?+

Each support item has a national price limit and, for some items, higher limits for remote and very remote areas. The area is based on where the participant lives, using the Modified Monash Model.

Are NDIS price limits GST-inclusive?+

Yes - the limits shown are GST-inclusive. In practice most NDIS supports are GST-free, but the published limit is the maximum regardless.

Can I charge more than the price limit?+

Not for plan-managed or agency-managed participants - claims above the limit will be rejected. Self-managed participants can agree to their own prices with the provider.
